Recent findings...

So, I was talking about that bag I posted in my last post. It's a Unibag, or I think that's what it's called, and the girl who owns the bag, I believe her name is Kani but I'm not 100% sure, uses it for school and such and it's perfect for books. IT'S JUST WHAT I NEED. I've been dying for a bag like this for ages! But I just can't find a good one around. It's leather so that's great. It's rectangular-ish, which is perfect for books, which I love because I'm pretty much a nerd.

Speaking of lookbook, it is a great site. There are so many looks that have inspired me to go THRIFT shopping. I want to go to a thrift really badly, to see what they have there. I hear about all the good finds people have found, and it just makes me wonder if I can find great things there, too! Well, back to LookBook, there are amazing outfits people post up, and there all so vintage-looking or just down-right stylish! So if you have the time, go check it out. :)

A little reunion, I'd say!

Ahhhhhhhhh, it's nice to be back. So it's already August, which means that my summer is almost over. I haven't done anything fun all summer (except for me sleeping over at UCI for two weeks with my older brother and sister) and I'm dying to just go out and have a blast with some friends. But before that, I've got some summer assignments that I've still not taken care of, so I need to start concentrating on my homework and just finish it already.

My mom is currently visiting her parents and other family in North Carolina, leaving me to take care of my little brother for two weeks while my Dad goes to work. So far, so good. No major problems have occurred and the house is still standing, which is a good sign. I just can't wait for my mom to come home (never thought I'd say that :P) so that I can have some freedom and relax a bit. Babysitting a person like my little brother is super hard work. But, one more week to go, and I'll be free! (Ish.)

I'm taking my driving test on Wednesday, so I'm super stoked about that! I hope I pass though. I'd say my major problem is that I don't scan my surroundings. When I look around too much, the wheel turns where my head turns, making the car swerve and stuff. Big problem, but I'll do my best to pass! Hopefully my mom will get me insurance so I can drive on my own. She says that she doesn't want to because 1.) It's dangerous to drive on my own, I could get in accidents! and 2.) Insurance costs a lot. But I just think I need to urge her a little more, and I might get it. :) We finally fixed up our little blue car, and so I'm okay with driving it now. (Ask me if I wanted to drive it around like, 3 months ago, and I would down-right say no.) But now it's cute. (If you can call a car cute.... whatever.)

So that's pretty much it. I just wanted to update on life. :) I'll probably post another one later, just so I can add some more things. :D

The oldies just never get old.

I love how the oldies never get old. Like, songs now-a-days, (i.e. rap, hip-hop, R&B) those always get old. But songs from, say, the 60s are always fantastic.

I can just listen to oldies music all day. (Of course I do need a dose of modern music) but, I'll never get tired of the songs from the old days. :)

The memories hurt.

There's nothing more painful than remembering the good old times that just don't come around too often anymore. And when you regret not doing something that could've made the memories even better.

Gosh, I wish I had a time machine right now, to bring me back to the elementary days.

so, a little recap.

It sure has been awhile. Just like my last post had said, haha. I just wanted to update some things, things have changed, mainly because school has started.

1. I have brand new classes, and are talking to people I haven't talked to in about a year.
2. Some classes seem way too challenging for me, but I'm not sure if I can switch to an easier teacher, teaching the same type of honors class. The school is pretty strict about that, but maybe I can convince my counselor otherwise.
3. I miss the old days, when homework only took about two hours, instead of 6.
4. Having to wear a nice outfit really irks me... I just wish I can show up on campus wearing my PJs for crying out loud.
5. All in all, I pray for this to be a good year.

I haven't grown any taller. My feet grew a half inch longer. *sigh* Me and my man-feet. Hah. My clothes haven't changed much.. I don't think. Since this summer wasn't exactly a shopping summer, I didn't get new things, really. I'm exhausted from doing my evil trig/pre-cal H homework, all 100 of them. And my stats homework. And speaking of homework, I never finished my English... seems like I'll copy a friend's! Woot, already copying on the fourth day of school.

Well, this blog is basically my diary. No names are listed though, even though I wish I could list them. But imagine they read this.. I'd die of embarrassment! But anyways. I just hope this year is a successful year, and I wish you the same. Whoevers reading.

I will most likely post again. I have a few more topics I want to keep forever on here, but they won't go with this post.. so yes. Now I'm to find a random picture I like to keep this post not that boring. The picture will go on top.. yay.. hah. I still need to figure how to organize photos. :}

Picture: Boys Over Flowers! I watched that over the summer. That took up about a week of my life, but it was nice. :] Although I would've loved it if Jan Di got with Ji Hoo insted of Jun Pyo.. but whatevs, the ending was nice, so I'm fine with it. x)

it sure has been awhile,

Well, it sure hassss been awhile since i've last posted (not like anyone reads.) haha. summer has started, and so have the late nights and late mornings :) i've just completed my first year of confirmation, and got back from TNTT (Thieu Nhi Thanh The) camp, which was pretty fun. All excluding the no-showers and bugs everywhere part. My team (MICAE!) won, I believe, no matter how much problems we went through :)

So lately i've been doing nothing, just laying around, eating, chatting, the usual. Planning to do some online shopping, so yeah. Off to go look for good clothing websites :)

Their music is very helpful, at times like this.

Air 1 - The Positive Alternative radio station. This radio station really has great positive music, that really makes me feel good. Compared to other stations, that just play hip hop or love songs, this station plays uplifting music, the feel good kind. :]
I advise you to listen to them. If not, you don't have to. If you don't like them, go back to your other stations, but this one will always be close to my heart, forever. <3
